A newly released Collectors Edition 2 disc set, comprising a new 2k transfer hi-def transfer of Pasolini's gruelling classic movie from the 70's "Salo or 120 Days of Sodom", here shown uncut. Also including a NEW video shot specially by Peter Christopherson in Thailand for the Coil song "Ostia - The Death of Pasolini", as well as back stage and "making of footage" from the set of Salo, and other fascinating related shorts.
These discs are available in either dvd or Blu-ray high definition format, though only in PAL, Band B, so the dvd will ONLY play if you have a multi-region player, and TV which will play PAL (most US TVs do not), and in the case of Blu-ray, a Blu-ray player (or PS3) sourced in the UK or Europe. If you do however, you will be able to appreciate the movie, as well as the new Coil video, in full 1080p 24 fps format. Although not technically supposed to, we will ship worldwide for collectors but please note the discs WILL NOT play unless you meet these equipment specifications. This is an 18 certificate so we can only sell to those 18 and over.
